Today's Harvest
We ate the squash and cucumber with dinner. We still need to learn what to do with the okra, since it was zucchini when we planted it. Our tomatoes should be ripe next week - can't wait!

I hope you have more that 2 pods of Okra.....you can bread it with cornmeal & flour and deep fry it. You can stew it, whole, or in pieces.
Stewed is slimy but is my favorite.
That's all of the okra - for now. We have two plants. But they were supposed to be zucchini, so we really weren't prepared. Not to worry, recipes abound on the internet :)
Fried okra... oh that sounds soooo good.
